Whew, so so busy. It seems like it's been a week of cheesecakes... I guess word gets around. We have a three tier wedding cheesecake. We can make just about any style cake into a wedding cheesecake. I offer New York style Jewish, with a soft silky center. I'm a New Yorker and I love my cheesecake.
