Grooms cake for a Formula 1 Fan. This is a replica of a BMW Sauber made for a bride from Raleigh, who surpised her fiancee. We learned a whole lot by doing this cake. The first try totally collasped as I put it back in the cooler after the crumb coat... our cakes are just so soft. We finally got it right and the staff ate the toppled pieces and it arrived perfectly. The guests even called me THE CAKE BOSS!
I should have taken a full picture of the little girl watching me put the tires on at the delivery she was so precious you can see her little hands in the picture.
