This weekend we had a huge NFL wedding at Brunswick Plantation in Shallote, NC. Our bride Jennifer wanted to be creative so sure asked us to make 5 wedding cupcake towers to use as centerpieces for her tables which included 325 wedding cupcakes and also included one monogram wedding cake. Jennifer loves Gerber Daisies so we included 100 of them to match her theme of hot pink and black.

Her flavors included: Boston Cream Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache, Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream, Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, Vanilla Cupcakes Vanilla Buttercream with Gerber Daisies, Chocolate Cupcakes with Gerber Daisies, Coconut Cupcakes with Vanilla Icing, Key Lime Cupcakeswith Key Lime Buttercream and Honey Glazed Peanut Butter Cupcakes.
