Here is my take on St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes. We have three varieties for you to choose from. What did my creative side choose for this holiday? Simple... we all know that Irish beer is the star of the show on St. Patrick's Day. Some prefer more of a coffee finish of GUINNESS EXTRA STOUT and other's like my self prefer a lighter taste of MURPHY'S IRISH RED, with it's bits of caramel flavor undertones. My point in all this is that I do not feel the need to empty out any bottles of my Irish ales and stouts to aid in my St. Patrick's Cupcakes, but merely compliment them. My friends and I in the restaurant and pastry world have shared many a shift beer overtime and we have always used these to wash them down. I like them green too! Oh, yeah!
