Hellooo Spring! We are so excited about spring and all the springtime treats at the bakery. We are currently taking orders for Easter and Passover. For Easter we are offering cupcakes in any flavor and icing listed on our website http://Carolinacakesandconfections.com/CupCakes.html For Passover we will be providing a special unleven cupcake that was created for a special passover dinner at the famous James Beard House in New York City back when I was still paying my dues at La Loconda del Coccio in Providence. We recreated an ancestial dinner from the Jews of Italy. It was quite a learning and very tasty experince and I am proud to serve this for Passover.
