Finally. The day has arrived it's Valentines Day, a time for lovers and crushes to come and reveal their true desires. With all that in mind it is also time for me to come out of "MY CHOCOLATE COMA"! It has been great fun starting this blog and continuing this segment on chocolate. What I have created for you is a wonderful white chocolate lemon mousse with crushed red velvet cupcakes. The lemon really cuts through the chocolate in a subtle way. I chose a pool of both raspberry and chocolate to add the final textures and components to the cupcakes. I hope that you will all enjoy this and I look forward to the next segment. Happy Valentines Day!
